Beynon Sports Surfaces Launches Revolutionary BSS 3000 Track & Field Surface

Beynon Sports Surfaces has launched yet another innovative track and field product and has set a new standard in athletic performance. The BSS 3000 IAAF certified system has been designed for faster times and less surface-related injuries. The product efficiently converts impact energy into kinetic energy, thus leading to faster times.

It is important to note that, unlike other track products in the industry, the BSS 3000 does not contain any SBR.

“We could not be more thrilled to be able to offer another revolutionary new product with real benefits to our clients,” stated Beynon Sports Surfaces Vice-President Drew Beynon. “After significant R&D and testing involved with this new product, the BSS 3000 is truly the highest performing product with great benefits to the athlete, the owner and the environment. The BSS 3000 has truly set a new standard in track and field performance.”

One of the key environmental benefits associated with the BSS 3000 is that approximately 300,000 lbs. of carbon dioxide would be prevented from entering in the atmosphere with the installation of the BSS 3000 system versus a standard full pour track system.

Over 33% of the total BSS 3000 track system by weight is derived from a renewable source while innovative gel technology is used to produce an ultrasoft elastomer with viscoelastic behavior that allows for superior shock absorbing properties. Another key feature of the BSS 3000 is the ability to amend and control force reduction of the surface by adjusting the thickness of the gel cushion layer.

Every product designed and manufactured and every athletic surfacing system installed by Beynon Sports Surfaces is environmentally-friendly.
