Beynon Sports Surfaces was founded by John T. Beynon with a single vision: to design,produce, and install the highest performance synthetic athletic surfaces for athletes across the globe, from K-12 to colleges and universities to the worlds most competitive arenas.

Beynon Sports Surfaces experienced team has helped shape the sports surfaces industry since the early 1970s. Weve brought together the finest and most experienced in the industry—including world-famous track coaches and top chemists who keep us on the front lines of innovation. Plus, all installations are accomplished with full-time, factory-trained Beynon Sports Surfaces employees specializing in the installation of our Polyurethane sports surfaces, each of whom has at least ten years experience in the field. Together, the Beynon Sports Surface team have completed over 400 world-class, outdoor running tracks and nearly 5000 gymnasium and fieldhouse indoor systems—including many of the world's most prestigious athletic facilities.

(BEI), the research and development arm of BSS, is dedicated to creating environmentally conscious sports surfaces that are resilient and perform at the highest level with maximum value. Our R&D professionals are actively involved in the industry, chairing and sitting on committees dedicated to such issues as biomechanical performance, environmental impacts, safety concerns, and more. BEIs quality control and testing program demands that our materials be manufactured to the highest quality and consistency standards.
